I am Natalie Denz – Coach for highly sensitive people, art therapist, project manager and mentor for inner clarity and authentic self-connection.
I work with people who feel deeply, perceive a lot and often carry more with them than they show on the outside.
With people who want to feel themselves again, release old patterns and live their authentic selves.
What defines me
I see every person as a whole.
Not just what is visible, but also what lies between the lines.
I observe you in your depth: emotionally, mentally, physically, creatively, energetically and biographically.
For me, you are never a "topic", a "problem" or a "goal".
For me, you are a person with history, potential, light and shadow.

Because I know how easy it is to lose yourself and how healing it is to arrive again.
Because I have had experiences that have touched me deeply.
This also includes the loss of my star child Lukas.
It is a tender part of my story, but not my center.
This experience has opened my view even more to the wholeness of a person, to their strength, their vulnerability and their quiet longing for support.
I work with people who are ready to look honestly, to understand their patterns and to live their own truth.
